On this enlightening and entertaining DVD, Louise L. Hay explains how we can dissolve the barriers that prevent us from being healthy and successful. She shows us that fear, guilt, resentment, criticism, and other negative forms of programming from the past can be transformed into opportunities for positive change and growth. This video is a taped hour long seminar from the late 80's. There
are some sound feedback issues as well. The set reminded me a an
old talk show from that time.
Louise Hay, however is very masterful at delivering an inspiring
message, even when faced with difficult questions from the
audience. She is also excellent at putting very tough scenarios
into perspective, such as incest and cancer.
It was great to see her message from a couple of decades ago. It
still seems to be in line with the current thinking, as I am
certain much of what we hear today originated with Hay and her
life's work.
Short, to the point and from the 80's, but still an excellent add
to the home library.

It's an excellent CD, filled with excellent information and
Louise's wonderfully warm spirit.
However, I think it's important to report that this IS the
recording of a large seminar, with give & take with
participants, laughter, applause, etc.- not just Louise's lecture
(with audio quality typical for a large meeting).
Despite the (minor) audio issues, this can be valuable, as it can
be very worthwhile to hear Louise work with these people through
their issues (issues that will likely resonate with many
listeners).
As such, it can almost be viewed as a 'session with Louise'
experience that could prove valuable for some listeners.
However: This is NOT a meditation recording (with background music,
only Louise's soothing voice guiding you, etc.)
This would not be a CD that you would load up in preparation for a
meditation session (such as the Anger Releasing CD, which would be
appropriate for an individual meditation).
An excellent CD, but it's important to set expectations about this
CD.

I have not opened this particular item for use, but I have viewed
this DVD several months ago and think it is her best lecture.
Louise Hay gives you "life tools" which are simple to understand
and easy to apply in your every day.

I found this DVD to be very helpful and have bought it as gifts for several friends. I believe anyone would benefit from the message and direction it provides, particularly in how to love yourself right now.

This CD was so packed with insight that I played it through two
times straight when I first got it. It features Louise Hay talking
to a very large audience. She points out that resentment and guilt
from our childhood and later in life bogs us down. Letting go of
this baggage (or barriers), frees us to live more positive
lives.
I'll be looking for more of her CDs.
